Vortex
The Vortex is a single-seater driveable hovercraft in GTA San Andreas which is able to move on land and water and glide short distances. Steering is difficult because it has a fan with a rudder rather than wheels or a rudder in the water. If it's abandoned in the water it will sink, it won't explode, but if it sustained too much damage or shot too many times, it will explode quite violently, despite its small size.You can fly it a bit with the better driving skills cheat and jump of some where its tall.
