101 Bayshore Avenue is a home owned by Victor Vance. The home was originally owned by Phil Cassidy, but then made a deal with Victor, Victor had to kill some Cholos who were stashing there cocaine at the home. Victor had murdered the Cholos and stole there coke, and bought it back to Phil. After a while phil gave the home to Victor for free.
