Acter Industrial Park is the southernmost neighborhood in Alderney. Acter Industrial Park is home to the Alderney State Correctional Facility. It is a mainly industrial area, with many factories and plants. The Plumbers Skyway runs through the park, and an offramp connects it to the skyway. To the west of AIP there are several capsized boats, including a cargo vessel. Why they are capsized right along the shoreline is unknown, but since Liberty City does not have any lighthouses, the boats may have sunk due to not finding the dock, but why they are not removed by the city despite the obvious safety concern is unknown.
