Bigfoot (or Sasquatch) is a mythical bear-like creature claimned to have been spotted around North America, and similar creatures in other locations around the world, such as the Yeti. However, with no irrefutable proof, most experts on the matter consider the Bigfoot legend to be a combination of folklore and hoaxes.
The existence of Bigfoot in GTA San Andreas has been the centre of many Internet-based rumours since the game was released. It is impossible now to tell, where the idea has originated from first, although one theory suggests that this is because of the artist Bigfoot mentioned in the brochure that came with the game.
