Bombs Away!/Walkthrough

The following is a walkthrough for the mission Bombs Away! in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Fly the RC Baron

Follow the blip and enter the Top Fun van. You will have control of the RC Baron. Practice flying the RC Baron as only three RC Barons are available to you. The mission is failed if all three are destroyed.

Wipe out the Cubans

The RC Baron has a bomb attached needs to be dropped to destroy the Cuban boats and kill the Cubans at the northern end of Starfish Island. You have to destroy three boats and kill nine Cubans. The car doesn't need to be destroyed. Once you attack the Cubans, the Cubans will enter their boats and car and attempt to drive away. The Cubans on the boats have the ability to shoot at your plane so be careful. A message will inform you to not let them get away but you will not fail if they are out of your sight.

Less Flying

If flying is not your thing, you can land your plane and run over the Cubans or push them into the water with your plane before dropping the bombs. They will have no reaction to the plane as long as the bomb is not dropped. After killing all the Cubans, it's easier to drop bombs on the remaining stationary targets.
