The Broker Safehouse | The '''[[Broker]] Safehouse''' is [[Niko Bellic|Niko Bellic's]] first safehouse in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]]. it was origionally his cousin [[Roman Bellic|Roman Bellic's]] "mansion". It really isn't a mansion at all, as it's located in the Russian-infested [[Hove Beach]]. It's pretty basic, it has a sofa-bed which acts as a save point, a broken [[TV]], a table with a dirty kitchen, and a wall which is peeling off. A design poster of the [[Banshee]] can be found in the house. During the mission [[Roman's Sorrow]], the apartment and Roman's cab depot are burnt down by the Russians. The Broker Safehouse is Niko Bellic's first safehouse in Grand Theft Auto IV. it was origionally his cousin Roman Bellic's "mansion".
