A fast food place based entirely of fiction but most probably intended to replicate a McDonald's or Burger King style restaurant, Burger Shot first appeared in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas along with Well Stacked Pizza and Cluckin Bell.
Eating any meal will restore lost health and keep CJ from not losing muscle, fat and health... when CJ is hungry a message will appear at the top of the screen informing he is hungry, eating more than eleven straight meals will make CJ Vomit and reduce fat...
Eating choices will in fact determine what CJ will physiclly look like and of course his abilities like climbing are affected
