The Cartel Cruiser is a four by four gang vehicle used by the Colombian Cartel. The vehicle also goes under the name Cartel. The vehicle appears in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The vehicle can be found at the Staunton Plaza building site (Staunton Island), the Cartel mansion in Cedar Grove (Shoreside Vale) and close to D-Ice's telephone contact point (all in GTA III), whilst in GTA: LCS the vehicle spawns in Cedar Grove and near Francis International Airport.
