Catch is a juggling master (who is dressed as a jaster) and a minor character in GTA IV. He can juggle even the most dangerous objects (knives, blocks of concrete, etc). Although it does'nt please the crowd much, he is a very talented juggler and does'nt make any mistakes. He is seen in several acts in Perestroika.
