Caught with your Pants Down is a mission in the second downloadable content for Grand Theft Auto IV, The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Walkthrough
In this mission, Luis must steal a NOOSE APC. When a helicopter drops the tank in the air, Luis jumps off his chopper with a parachute and lands on the ground to take the tank. Then, after taking the tank, Luis must take out many cops until they back down.
Hints
When shooting cables holding the APC, shoot most far cables for first, so aiming at last two will be easier.
