Cedric Fotheringay, also known as Wayne, is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Cedric Fotheringay is the leader of a local biker gang in Liberty City. He is briefly featured as Maria's second lover, until she reveals to him that she is also seeing another man, Toni Cipriani. Wayne hits Maria, injuring her, prompting Toni to retaliate and subsequently kill Wayne in a chase. Wayne's full name is only featured on his tombstone in Staunton Island's cemetery.
