|Melvin Harris, also known as '''Big Smoke''', is a leading member member of the Grove Street Families who lives in [[Idlewood]]. He welcomes Carl's return to the gang and assists Carl in helping the Grove Street Families return to dominance. However, he does so in a limited way, later joining forces with the [[Ballas]], the Grove Street Families' main rival, in order to become involved in the drugs trade, which Sweet had refused to do. He also works in league with the [[Los Santos Vagos]], [[Russian Mafia]] and the [[San Fierro Rifa]]. Whilst Carl is away from Los Santos, he becomes the cities drug baron and hides himself in a building in [[Los Flores]]. He is later killed by Carl for betraying the Grove Street Families.<br>Voiced by [[Clifton Powell]].

|Cesar Vialpando is the leader of the [[Varrios Los Aztecas]] gang and the girlfriend of [[Kendl Johnson]]. He lives in [[El Corona]]. He later becomes an ally of Carls, through his relationship with Kendl, and later helps him in his business adventures. He is forced to leave Los Santos, when the Ballas and Los Santos Vagos take over large parts of the city. He introduces Carl to his cousin, [[Catalina]], and later helps Carl re-assert the Grove Street Families dominance in Ganton. He also talks to Carl about proposing to Kendl.<br>Voiced by [[Clifton Collins Jr.]].

|Catalina is [[Cesar Vialpando|Cesar Vialpando's]] cousin who lives in a secluded shack in the [[Fern Ridge]] area. She hates men, with the exception of her boyfriends. She meets Carl in [[Dillimore]] and the two begin rob several businesses in the countryside. The two begin a relationship, which quickly ends due Catalina's anger with Carl's obsession with getting money. She finds a new boyfriend, [[Claude]], and leaves [[State of San Andreas|San Andreas]] and [[Liberty City in GTA III|Liberty City]]. |Jimmy Hernandez is a police officer with the [[Los Santos Police Department]] and the newest member of [[C.R.A.S.H.]], working alongside [[Frank Tenpenny]] and [[Eddie Pulaski]]. He is forced to kill [[Ralph Pendelbury]] to prove his loyalty and later, alongside Tenpenny and Pulaski, interupt Carl Johnson's life on numerous, having him perform various tasks. Hernandez later decides to give evidence against his colleagues, leading to Pulaski killing him.<br>Voiced by [[Armando Riesco]].

|Johnny Sindacco is a leading member of the [[Sindacco Family]], who own the [[Caligula's Palace]] casino in [[Las Venturas]]. He convinces [[Salvatore Leone]] to invest $5 million in the casino and later begins to damage slot machines in the [[San Fierro Triads|Triad]]-owned [[Four Dragons Casino]]. Carl Johnson has him tied to the hood of car and scares him into telling him which [[Mafia]] family he is with. He is later targetted by the [[Forelli Family]], although Carl rescues him, although Johnny later dies of a heart attack after recognising Carl.<br>Voiced by [[Casey Siemaszko]].

|Brian Johnson was the younger brother of Carl, [[Sweet Johnson|Sean (Sweet)]] and [[Kendl Johnson|Kendl]], and the son of [[Beverly Johnson]]. Brian died in [[1987]] and his death is mentioned by Sweet after their mothers funeral, saying that Carl missed both Brian's funeral and his mothers.

|Mary Ellen is the daughter of [[Mary-Beth Maybell]], the host of [[K-Rose]]. Her mother makes reference to how Mary Ellen was born on a pool table and that the palyers continued their pool game.

|Darius Fontaine is the creator of [[Inversion Therapy]]. He phones into [[Entertaining America]], with [[Lazlow]] admitting he had a restraining order againts Fontaine after he used Inversion Therapy to 'cure' him of his fear.

|Jack Howitzer is an actor who is intervied by [[Billy Dexter]] on [[West Coast Talk Radio|WCTR's]] [[Entertaining America]], primarily to discuss his new film: [[Special Needs Cop]].
