Cisco Street is a fairly short street both Hove Beach and Outlook in Broker. It starts off Delaware Ave, going by Roman's cab depot and Iroquois Ave, and stopping along Mohawk Ave and restarts and then stops along Oneida Ave, next door to Broker's TW@ cafe. The street is commonly used by Niko throughout the first missions of the game.
The street has a very "Brooklyn" style feel with the dock cranes in the background and the older looking telephone lines and poles on the curbs.
