Closing the Deal is a mission in Grand Theft Auto V given to protagonist Trevor Philips by former real estate agent Josh Bernstein from the Bilingsgate Motel in Rancho, Los Santos.
Mission
After destroying Lenny Avery's "for sale" signs, Trevor meets Josh at the Bilingsgate Motel, and Josh rewards Trevor with a "bouncy" session with Josh's lady friend. Some time later, Josh wants Trevor to give Lenny a "wake-up call", stating that Lenny is doing some showings in Rockford Hills, not far from the De Santa House.
Trevor leaves the motel to find Lenny; on the way, Josh calls Trevor to tell him that Lenny is driving a green colored Comet and that he told Lenny that Trevor was on his way, taking away the element of surprise from Trevor. When Trevor arrives at the house Lenny is showing, he pulls away with Trevor giving chase. After stopping Lenny's car, Trevor hits Lenny, telling him to leave Josh's business alone.
