Cluckin' Bell is a fast food store based in San Andreas, with stores in Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas and some of the towns in the state. The name "Clucking Bell" is an euphemism of "Fucking Hell". Cluckin' Bell will also appear in Grand Theft Auto IV, and can be seen in the Grand Theft Auto IV trailer.

Cluckin' Bell has two commercials that air on different radio stations in San Andreas, advertising the products. The commercials suggest that Cluckin' Bell used to put rats inside the chicken in order to have more meat to sell, but they began to use hormones.

The second commercial states that Cluckin' Bell breed chickens quickly (most likely factory farming) with 'Six wings, forty breasts' before gassing the chickens. Their stock prices fell when they denied using factory farms, although the song suggests that their stock price has risen again.

Cluckin' Bell also sponsors the Beat the Cock Challenge, two triathlons, which take place at Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos and Palomino Creek, San Andreas. Posters for the challenge are located at various points around San Andreas, including the C.O.B.R.A. Marital Arts gym.
