* Have the next game take place in Vice City or San Andreas, with more diverse customization of clothes, hair, and tattoos. Bring back characters from the GTA III Era and make the weapons more modern day and militaristic. Also allow to upgrade the range, accuracy, damage, and the amount of ammo through shooting ranges. Maybe make the protangonist a women, or at least the main motivation for the protagonist from the very beginning of the game. There should also be more of effect on the city as the game progresses, maybe show the city change as time passes by. You should also be able to order cars and clothes through the internet, and allow to upgrade the cell-phone with new models, ring tones, and other features of the players own choice. When you get busted, you shold be able to go to court for man slaughter,grand theft auto,Ect,then jail,and once in you hold a prison break and have a record form that pont on.

*When at a one through two star wanted level,cops should come close and point the gun OR NIGHT STICK at the back of your head to try and arrest you,once this happens you can turn around and grapple the cop and fight for control of the weapon and finally in incapacitate the cop with a finishing move.

*When your wanted and are in a building or arn't really moving (like when your outside shooting) the cops should attempt to close of streets with barricads and try to box you in to a samll location then set up snipers on oppisite roof tops,and utilize tear gas to stun you.

*When the police know where you are (ex,building, alley, safe house) a news team should pull up and start a live recording(as sometimes mentioned in gta IV but are never actually seen)then later on,you'll be able to read about it on the inernet or watch it on T.V.

*Pedestrians should be seen robbing stores,drunk,high,killing someone else,stealing cars, going into sores carrying groceries,dealing,urinating,and also you should be able to look through windows of houses that you can enter(which should be all If not a majority of Peds houses)

*NPC gang members should be seen in wild car chases,robbing banks,gun fights,much like the protagonist can.

*Bring back stealh kills and dual wielding pistols.

*ALOT If not all of buildings should be enterable,and when your car strikes the building,it should take serious damage and take about 14 game days to heal and under-go renovation.

*PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PUT RATMAN AND BIGFOOT IN THE GAME.

*This should be the final chaptar In the gta IV era saga Either make all the original protagonists become aware of each others power and attempt to kill or crumble each others emipre, with the main prontagonist being able to traverse each city via aitport and attempt to take out each inudviduale empire.
