The mission is activated by entering a parked [[Stallion]] located in [[Ocean Beach]], [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]], on top of a [[Washington Avenue Parking Lot|multistory carpark]] behind the [[Ocean View Hotel]]. The objective of the mission is to collect all five checkpoints without hitting any traffic cones. Collecting the first checkpoint will start the countdown timer. Each checkpoint adds 12 seconds to the timer. The rewards for completing this is $200 for the first time, the reward doubling the previous reward for each completion, and a step closer to [[100% Completion in GTA Vice City|100%]].
