+Avery Carrington is looking at some prime development land to claim, which is located up the road from his construction site. Avery's problem is that construction on the site has already began, so Avery asks Tommy to destroy the site. Tommy leaves Avery's construction site and walks to a place directly opposite the site, where a [[Top Fun]] van is located with an [[RC Goblin]] and four bombs. Tommy enters the van and uses the RC Goblin to drop bombs onto various targets inside the construction site, whilst avoiding the attacking construction workers and [[Patrol Invest Group|security guards]]. After Tommy places the four bombs in the building, they detonate and damage the buildings structure.

Be careful of the guards in the building, if they bother you they can be killed by your rotor. The RC Helicopter is weak, and be aware of obstacles.
