Once the cutscene closes, you should be outside with Dmitri. He'll inform you that you need a car- if you came here by cab, there's an eminently steal-able one just across the street. Dmitri doesn't mind. Otherwise, grab the car you came in, and head off.

Evidently, a "magazine shop" in the southwest of Broker has been making "movies" in their basement for sale on the Internet- an industry where there happens to be a huge amount of money involved, as anyone playing this game surely knows (*rimshot*). On the drive over, Dmitri will elaborate somewhat- the intent is not to kill them, as Mikhail ordered, but to scare them into line, as the money they're making would be better spent when directed into the group's pockets rather than elsewhere.

When you reach the shop, Dmitri forces an audience with the director and his two actors, and tosses you his pistol to keep the lot of them covered. Auto-target the rightmost guy's head, but DO NOT SHOOT HIM, or you'll make Dmitri very, very angry. Just target him, and he should be scared into line. The guy next to him makes an offer that may sound very lucrative to you, but it's not your decision to make- target him and plug him one in the leg. Either will do, but make sure it's the leg- the intent is not to kill, after all.

The director concedes the point at this point, and you're set to go. Target the last guy if you like- he's got a variety of lines to give and they're all a riot.
