Barbra lives in a Police station in El Quebrados. it is inaccessible to the player and was based on the Hot Coffee sex scene. it's just a police department in the desert. the Interior is a bit differnt with a copy room,main office and, 3 cells, 2 are open. the beds inside of the department are set up as a skanky style. And when CJ and Barbra are making love the cells are open and people coluld watch them although they don't.
