Like the 366, also shares the same area only with a Courthouse wich is internally named "Courthse Night" (in GTA III), yet the true name of the building never mentioned or displayed in, as it is known as the "unnamed building". His only appearances have been in [[Grand Theft Auto III]] and [[Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories]], because in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]] and [[Episodes from Liberty City]] is replaced by a higher and different.
Bearing several minor similarities with the real-life [[wp:Empire State Building|Empire State Building]] in [[wp:New York City|New York City]], the building the second tallest structure in Liberty City and is a prominent feature of Staunton's skyline.
