He first appears in GTA IV in a cutscene at the start of the mission "[[Wrong is Right]]" when he walks by Niko in front of the United Liberty Paper Building on a Cell Phone. When he does this, Niko looks at him strangely as if he recognises him from somewhere.

His second appearance comes during the mission "[[Three Leaf Clover]]" when he is inside the Chinatown branch of the [[Bank of Liberty]] in [[Algonquin]] when it was held up by [[Patrick McReary|Packie]] and [[Derrick McReary]], [[Michael Keane]] and [[Niko Bellic]]. After quietly conferring with a fellow hostage named [[Luis Fernando Lopez]] (who thought it was a bad idea to stand up to the robbers) he comments on his experience as a football player and says that "the world is built out of bad ideas",before drawing a concealed [[Pistol]] and opening fire, killing [[Michael Keane]]. Packie and Derrick immediately killed Reaper in retaliation.
