This is the second mission given to you by Francis. In this misson Francis wants Niko to kill Tom Goldberg due to him having evidence on him. He suggests that you apply for a job there and kill him.

Part 1

Head over to the TW@ internet cafe and kill the owner if you want. Use a computer and use the ad on the homepage to get to Goldberg's site. Use the links to apply for a job and exit the computer. Get out of the store.

Soon the lawyers will call for an appointment. Get yourself a nice suit and smart shoes from your penthouse or from Perseus. An hour or two before the appointment time, head over to Tom Goldberg's workplace. Enter without a weapon drawn and don;t attack anyone. Walk to the receptionist's desk and she will call Goldberg to find out if he's available. Sure enough, he is!

Follow the receptionist to Tom's office and watch the short cutscene. After it, listen to some interesting lines and when you're ready, stand up. Take out your pistol or shotgun and point it at Goldberg. After he says where the files are, push him over to the window. Point your weapon at Goldberg's head and shoot him out of the window for a pretty nice killing. The receptionist will come in - you can kill her, she makes a nice killing.

Retrieve the files and use a pistol to shoot a window without curtains. Jump out of it (takes a bit of practice) and steal a getaway car. Lose your wanted level if you have one and get the files to McReary.

You then have to go to a computer and send a resume. Sometime later the office calls and asks Niko to come in tomorrow at noon. When you get there a recipionst takes you to his office. There you have to kill him. (Tip: Use a knife so you get away without a wanted level.) You can then get up and question him or kill him and get the files. If you shot a gun the police come after. (Tip: If you use a gun just jump out of the window to avoid the fight out of the building.) You then have to escape the building by fighting the cops/security guards. You have to make it down a floor to escape and then lose your wanted level (2 stars). You then take the files to Francis.
