Flashback FM is an Oldies Pop station in Liberty City. In the video game Grand Theft Auto III, the DJ is Toni who also appeared as a DJ in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. However, in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, it is DJ'ed by a male-to-female transsexual who has flashbacks to being a man and fantasizes about fertilizing herself.
