Grotti is a car manufacturer based on the real-life Italian automotive company Ferrari. The company has dealerships in Rodeo, Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and in Algonquin in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. In GTA IV, the company manufactures the Turismo, and the dealership is located at the intersection of Pyrite Street and Bismarck Avenue, down the street a few blocks from the Middle Park East Safehouse. Entering a car on the top floor of the dealership will give the player 2 stars, but, oddly, it will lower the player's current wanted level, no matter how high it is, to 2 stars, weather it be 3 stars or 6.

'Grotti' in Italian means "coves", or sea inlets, but may also be a play on the English slang term 'grotty', meaning 'seedy'. Grotti's logo also caricature's Ferrari's; in GTA San Andreas, the galloping horse is replaced with a rabbit/hare and, in GTA IV, instead of a galloping horse, the logo is of a horse sitting down.
