Hardword in GTA III

Harwood, is a district in Portland Island, Liberty City, in GTA III and GTA Liberty City Stories. Harwood is mainly undeveloped, with the exception of the Head Radio Station and the remnants of a train station of some sort. There is also a car sales shop, on the outskirts of the Saint Marks district, that continues on into Harwood. It is speculated that this area of Portland is controlled by the Leone Mafia Family.
