Higgins Helitours is a Helitour-based company in Grand Theft Auto IV. It gives helitours at a price of 150$. All Helitours are in the company's own Mavericks. None is to be said about them being a Variant, it's basically has a new paint job. An ad on TV can be seen explaining their advantage rather than taking bus tours. They "claim" a fun, safe, adventure in the sky. But in the footages it shows various helicopters crashing or landing in the sea.

If you fly on all of the tours at least one time, you'll get the Sightseer achivement.
