The Holland Hospital Center in GTA IV.

The Holland Hospital Center is a hospital in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars based on the Harlem Hospital Center. It is bordered by Frankfort Avenue, Uranium Street, Galveston Avenue and Vauxite Street in North Holland, Algonquin, Liberty City.

Description

Based in a large multistorey skyscraper, the Holland Hospital Center serves as a respawn point after the player is killed the closest to the hospital in Algonquin, spawning at the Frankfort Avenue-Uranium Street entrance.

Like most hospitals in the game, the hospital has no interior, but features a garage to the northwest side at Galveston Avenue where parked Ambulances and random cars spawn. In addition, the hospital also features a stairwell at the Galveston Avenue side that runs from the ground floor to the hospital's lower and upper (topmost) roofs; a flying rat can be found on the latter.

In GTA Chinatown Wars, random character Marcy requests Huang Lee to take her to the hospital. He later meets her the second time to pick her up there.

Trivia

  • The Holland Hospital Center is an ideal, but not perfect, place to start a massacre and gain the "One Man Army" Achievement. To do this, the player has to gain a six star wanted level, either by killing the people outside and inside the hospital and destroying vehicles, or by typing in the "Gain One Star Wanted Level" cheat six times. Once the player has obtained the six star wanted level, hide at the back of the hospital. If any police officers come for you, just kill them. Keeping this up for five real-world minutes will give the player the achievement. If the player does run low on health, they can enter the parked ambulances to gain health (although they do not fully restore the player's health), therefore staying alive.
