Homebrew Café is a restaurant and café located in the border between Broker and Dukes. It's the local front for the Jamaican Posse. It is located near the Broker-Dukes Expressway. It is known to be a chain-smoking bar, as smoke fills the café.
Interior
Niko can play pool here, either with a friend or date. If the player wishes to not to bring either one of them, they can play against a random stranger in the restaurant. A QUB3D video arcade game is located here.
However, Niko cannot buy food or drinks to replenish health here because it has a pool icon on the map, not a restaurant icon. Little Jacob (a friend of Niko and Roman) works here but is only seen entering and exiting the restaurant on missions. He cannot be seen inside the Café at any other time.
Goof: Although this is a popular café in Liberty City, it is very small and only 2 or 3 people are inside at a time.
