I read online. there are a list 4 versions of girlfriends. 1. the normal ones that go one dates.
2. there is a fully clothed version.
3. there is a half clothed version
4. there is a completly nude version.
what they do is when the player takes the girlfreind out on a date #1 is activated. when the Coffee scene is activated  #'s 2-4 is activated and sometimes 1. the game spawns the girlfriend in whatever clothing style.
