The Innovation is a new chopper bike exclusive to the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned for Grand Theft Auto IV.
Shooting all 50 Seagulls will reward the player an Innovation at both of your safehouses. After you kill all the 50 Seagulls you can also call Clay Simons and ask him for an Innovation.
The Innovation is based on a Orange County Choppers Original.
