Innovation
The Innovation is a new chopper bike exclusive to the downloadable episodic pack The Lost and Damned for Grand Theft Auto IV.
Shooting all 50 Seagulls will reward the player a respawning Innovation at the second safehouse.
After you kill all the 50 Seagulls you can also call Clay and ask him for an Innovation in the Bike section.
