It is hosted by Horace the Pacifier, a DJ who is fighting a guy known as Mr. Scientist, who would later become part of the Scientists faction in the year 2013 (Grand Theft Auto 2). The music played is reggae with Jamaican influences.In GTA IV,K-jah was renamed Tuff Gong Radio.
