Kemal Vulaj

Kemal Vulaj is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV. He is an Albanian gangster and part of the small Albanian Mafia. Kemal is a member of a small gang of thugs based in Broker. Along with Bledar Morina, Kemal is led by Dardan Petrela, a loan-shark who extorts the lower members of society. One such man is Roman Bellic, who owes them gambling debts. Kemal joins Bledar in assaulting Roman at a basketball court, but Niko Bellic arrives and saves Roman by fighting Bledar and Kemal off.

The fate of both men men are left in the hands of the player, but as far as the game is concerned, Niko beats them both severely. However, the player can beat both men to the point of death, with Niko's fists, or even a baseball bat. Bledar and Kemal can even be knifed, shot, or blown up depending on the player's arsenal.

Afterwards Niko tracks down and kills Dardan. Bledar and Kemal are never seen again, (if the player lets them live) but it assumed that they simply went to work with another member of the Albanian gang.
