Little Gorbachefs is possibly a Russian restauraunt in Hove Beach, Broker, Liberty City. Little Gorbachefs is a play on words containing a reference to Mikhail Gorbachev, the last leader of the USSR, and "Little Chef", a chain of English roadside restaurants.
