Marki Ashvilli was a corrupt NOOSE agent who lead a team of corrupt NOOSE. He was investigating Ray Bulgarin at the time of GTA IV and was killed in an underground parking lot explosion which was masterminded by Ray and Timur and carried out by Luis Lopez in GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony. After the explosion, the trio of criminals took out the entire team before escaping the parking lot.
