Martha's Mug Shot is the third mission played for Steve Scott, director of films in Interglobal Films in the game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Brief
Congressman Alex Shrub is going for the Puritan Vote in this election and to do so he's planning to make porn films in Florida illegal. This, being bad for your business, must be stopped immediately, and so, you will have to get incriminating photos of Shrubb by following Candy Suxxx to Alex's penthouse and take pictures of them there.
The Mission
When you get the briefing, run towards the nearby Sparrow parked on the studio. Get in and then fly above the studio for a minute or so until Candy gets on her golden Stretch. Then, start following her. The car will drive out of Prawn Island and enter Vice Point, there it will keep going along the streets until it reaches Shrubb's penthouse (formerly Gonzales's penthouse) behind The Malibu Club.
Once there, park your Sparrow on the beach and get into the marked hotel in front of Shrubb's penthouse. Go up the stairs until you reach the marked floor, then enter the hallway in that floor and go towards the window at the end, here, activate the camera you were given at the begining of the mission (activating the camera is just like activating a Sniper rifle), take zoom, aim at Shrubb and take three incriminating pictures.
When you take the third picture, Candy will notice you are here and will tell Shrubb (a.k.a. Martha). He will call the cops and set his bodyguards on you. Now, pull out a submachine gun and ready yourself. Start going down the way you came and eventually you will meet up with Shrubb's guards, kill them and keep moving. When you reach the bottom floor, kill the guards and get out of the hotel.
Then, run to your Sparrow and get in, once you're airborn drive back to Interglobal Films, don't worry about the cops, they won't reach you while you're in the air. When you reach the studio, land the Sparrow and run towards Set D, since the cops will be at the studio and will try to shoot you down, once you enter Set D and give Steve the pictures, you've passed the mission!

Tommy: OK, what's the problem now?
Steve: Sshhhh! Well, after his close-encounter with the nympho invaders, our hero finds himself unable to think of anything but this huge phallic mountain - and that's when I want to do the scene with the vat of mashed potatoes, but then we, uh...
Tommy: I don't give a crap about that! J - just keep going, keep going. You mentioned something about some legal problem on the phone?
Steve: Congressman Alex Shrub has jumped on the pre-election bandwagon, he's going after the puritan vote. Rumors are he's gonna support measures to restrict, shall we say, the more fleshy aspects of this nation's great entertainment industry.
Tommy: Great. Candy! You know Shrub. You guys get up to anything kinky?
Candy: Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah! Yes yes yes YES, Ooohh!
Steve: Please - tell me you got that.
Tommy: Was that part of the, uh... Or was she talking to...?
Steve: Hey I can never tell. Anyway...You're probably best following her after the shoot, see if she'll lead you to their new love nest.
Tommy: You got a camera?
Steve: Yeah. Give him a camera!

Candy: Hey!
