Maurice Chavez is the host of VCPR in both Vice City Stories and Vice City. He was once a clown but went on to enjoy a certain degree of local success which he is always keen to mention. In 1986 he has violent confrontations with both Pastor Richards and Jeremy Robard, whom he appears to know.
