The McReary family consists of four brothers and one sister.
- Derrick McReary is the oldest. He is a weapons and explosives expert and a drug addict.
- Francis McReary is a corrupt cop who needs Niko's assistance. He wants to become the LCPD Commissioner.
- Gerald McReary is the boss of the Irish Mob. He is incarcerated in Alderney State Correctional Facility in Acter, Alderney.
- Patrick McReary is the youngest. He can become a friend to Niko.
