'''Mike Forelli''', also known as '''Lips Forelli''', is a character in the [[Grand Theft Auto]] series who appears in [[Grand Theft Auto III]] (set in [[2001]]).  He is a high ranking member of the [[Forelli Family]]. There is no voice actor for Forelli as he does not speak during his appearance.

Mike Forelli was born and raised in the [[United States]], most likely [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]], and joined the [[Forelli Family]], rising up the ranks of the family. [[Joey Leone]], of the rival [[Leone Family]], has [[Claude]] [[Mike Lips Last Lunch|kill]] him at his regular eatery, [[Marco's Bistro]]. Claude had stolen Forelli's [[Idaho|car]] and had a [[8-Ball Autos|bomb planted]] in his car, which exploded after Forelli started the car.
