Mike Toreno

Mike Toreno is a straightlaced government worker who assigns Carl Johnson to some nearly impossible missions in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. After being able to complete his missions, CJ starts getting treated with more camaderie from him, as CJ realizes finishing these tasks means one step closer to releasing Sweet from prison.
