Mr. Black

Mr. Black is a businessman who resides in Vice City and, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, employs Tommy Vercetti as a hitman. The Vice City Police Department (VCPD) correctly believe that he runs a hitman business and have doubts over whether he is involved with money laundering. Mr. Black is the boss of Leo Teal, who Tommy kills and he takes Teal's phone, allowing for random contact with Mr. Black. Despite his criminal activities, the VCPD have no information on him.

Mr. Black and his hitman business might be a parody of the 1992 independant film Reservoir Dogs, since in the film, a group of bank robbers use colors as codenames (ex: Mr. White) and Mr. Black's name and the name he uses to reference Leo Teal, Mr. Teal, are indeed, colors.

He does not appear in person in the game.
