New Guernsey is a district located in the Western landmass of Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto. It is based on New Jersey with similarities in name and geography, while its name comes from Guernsey, a Channel Island, like Jersey. The district is bordered by Guernsey City to the north and water to the east and south. New Guernsey is not considered a state because it is very small and is considered as part of Liberty City or just a district near the city (LC).
