On the List is a mission in Grand Theft Auto Online given to the protagonist by Madrazo Cartel leader Martin Madrazo. The player must have reached rank eighteen and downloaded the High Life Update to unlock the mission, which can be completed by one to four players.
Mission
Martin Madrazo, leader of the Madrazo Cartel, tells the protagonist that he must kill five people in ten real world minutes in order to avoid being killed by Madrazo's men. One target is located at the Galileo Observatory in a Dune Buggy, one on a large billboard on Hawick Ave, one riding an Akuma in the Downtown area and one in the alley between Forum Dr and the B.J. Smith Recreation Center and Park in Chamberlain Hills (a Families gang member with fellow gang members present). After killing four of the targets, Martin sends a text message telling the protagonist(s) to head to Puerto Del Sol in La Puerta to kill the final target who flees in a Jetmax.

Martin Madrazo: Hey, I got a list with six names on it. How about I do you a favor and cross your name off it? Then you can take out the other names as a thank you. Sounds like a great deal, no? Get to it.
