This mission is the final one given to you by Jimmy Pegorino. It's not technically a mission, just a cutscene. In the cutscene Niko meets up with Pegorino after killing or sparing Darko.
Head over to Jimmy's club in Tudor. Niko is seen relaxing at a seat when an angered Pegorino runs over to him and explains that he needs your help with a deal including Dimitri, the snake that betrayed you back in Hove Beach. Niko says multiple times to Jimmy, he has had "history" with Rascalov.
Pegorino says that this is an order, not a favor. Niko finally says yes to the now happy Pegorino to shut him up. He leaves the bar and calls Roman and Kate in chronological order. Roman says that Dimitri is on the Platypus, the boat that Niko arrived in, but begs Niko to do the deal.
Kate (not knowing the alternative is revenge) begs Niko not to do the deal. So make your choice, do you want Roman to be happy or Kate to be happy?
The decision made by the player decides which of the two endngs will take place.
