Patrick "Packie" McReary is a friendly Irish thug who is also the heir to Liberty City's declining Irish Mob. Youngest of the McReary family, he is related to corrupt police detective Francis McReary, Derrick McReary, Kate McReary and Gerry McReary. He lives with his mother and sister. Katie McReary, his sister, shows an "interest" in Niko Bellic, but he warns him away from her at first. Those who know him refer to him as "Packie." He is also a close friend of Elizabeta Torres. He is seen at the end of the third trailer with his brothers.

Patrick is voiced by Ryan Johnston.
