This is the fourth mission for Pegorino. When Niko goes there he's having a meeting with Phil and Ray. when the two leave Pegorino says that he thinks one of the two are rats and says that he needs time to think about it. Sometime later Pegorino calls and tells you that he thinks it's Ray and asks you to kill him. When you get to Ray he's on his way to a meeting with his bodyguards. You have to kill them all.

Your targets are two sedans, one white and one black. Ray is sitting in the back of the white one, with two bodyguards up front. The black sedan following him carries four more bodyguards. Ray's trip starts on Cod in Algonquin. Their destination is a chop shop in BOABO. If Ray reaches the chop shop alive, the mission fails.
