The name could be a play on the pharmaceutical company [[wp:Pfizer|Pfizer]] and the relatively unknown British sportscar/racecar brand [[wp:Lister Cars|Lister]]; however, the name is probably a crude reference to fisting as the letter combination "Pf" is very common in the German language: ''Pferd'' (horse), ''Pfeffer'' (pepper) and therefore probably isn't part of a combination of two English words.
