The Phoenix is a car that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It is a muscle car being one of the fastest cars in the game. The Phoenix is based on the second generation (1970-1982) Pontiac Firebird. It is easy to find one of these driving on the general streets of Vice City. In San Andreas the Phoenix is an extremely rare car. Like most muscle cars, it has a two person capacity. The Phoenix is relatively fast, and has excellent torque, and handling. The Phoenix also features a large airscoop for the carburetor. It can also be modified in TransFender. The Phoenix drives and sounds as if powered by a large V8 engine.

- Commonly driven all around Vice Beach.
San Andreas
- In San Fierro, the Phoenix can be found by entering the San Fierro Hills street race located at the checkered flag behind Wang Cars. Park the car in one of your garages instead of racing it to keep it.
- It's the escape vehicle of the latin gangster who robs Madd Dogg's house, you can kill him and retrieve the car
Vice City Stories
- Parked along the road that extends along the beach on Ocean Beach.
- Parked behind Malibu Club in Washington Beach.
