The police computer is the computer found on board most law enforcement vehicles in Grand Theft Auto IV, it's DLC and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. The police computer can be accessed at any time when the vehicle is stationary.
The police computer is used to access the Most Wanted missions, Recent Crimes: GTA IV's version of the Vigilante missions, and a basic version of the LCPD Database.
